The founder of Tennigator is Marta - she has a Ph.D. in Physical Education, a long career as a tennis coach certified by PZT and ITF, and a passion for training others. She has many years of experience working with children and young athletes.
The most important thing for her when working with
children and teenagers is to show that engaging in sports is one of the coolest things ever! Sports teach you discipline, commitment, hard work, and sacrifice; but also give you fun, a positive attitude, and the
opportunity to fulfill dreams. It's important to love
what you do: then you can achieve a lot.

TenniGator books
Books are created to entertain and educate.
you can stick a tennis ball sticker after every training. You can do it yourself or have the coach or guardian do it. Additionally, the book contains puzzles for children to solve and colouring pages. The book also includes information on taking care of one's health and several sport exercises to be done under the coach's supervision.

All the training materials have been created and devised by Marta; you could say it's a kind of craftsmanship. The main inspiration for creating the training materials was to introduce and refresh certain training methods so that children would be more eager to practice and improve elements such as maintaining rallies or the ability to hit the ball where they want (stroke control).
Tennigator Pirates hunt - a training material that perfects tennis rallies. During the practice children learn to control the ball and aim it at the right places. With the tile-revealing mechanism, tennis rallies become more engaging for the child. In a simple way, a regular ball exchange between, for example, the coach and the child turns into a form of game, developing curiosity
and the desire to hit a specific target. This way, every ball bounce (even when handed by the
coach) becomes meaningful and purposeful, which is difficult for young children to grasp.

Tennigator Zoo Challenge - a training material that also focuses on maintaining rallies. It works great with a group of children who have basic skills of hitting the ball back and forth; the props also includes several ways of conducting it plus one mini fun and race game. During the practice in pairs children complete various tasks such as: maintain a rally 6 times between each other.

It's up to us coaches to encourage children
to participate in sports. Not every child
wants to be an athlete; some need gentle
encouragement and inspiration to make
tennis their favourite sport. Also, children learn new things more eagerly and quickly through games. We know that tennis is a lifelong sport, it promotes motor coordination development, and also takes care of our physical health!
